At Olamia Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- A description of the issue
After reviewing your claim, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A partial refund
- A full refund
Lost Orders
If your order is confirmed lost during transit, we will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipping error:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Return authorization must be obtained from Olamia Supply before shipping the item back
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Hygiene-sensitive products where the seal has been broken
Refund Processing
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
